Hiking

Walk through the beautiful landscapes of untouched nature in the vicinity of Funtana and enjoy the scent of the Mediterranean vegetation and the view of the crystal clear sea. In this area you will often encounter happy squirrels and timid deer, and the farms with Istrian bull Boskarin and goats. From Funtana to Vrsar there is an extended decorated pedestrian promenade 3 kilometres long, along the Istrian peninsula with a number of marked trails at your disposal.

Cycling

To all active holiday fans and fans of riding on two wheels, we recommend wonderful cycling trail throughout the untouched nature in the vicinity of Funtana. Enjoy the merry company and the magical nature of richly scented Mediterranean vegetation, forests, vineyards and olive groves, and visit attractive places on the coast and the interior of Istria.

Diving

Submerge yourself in the adventure of discovering the seabed and discover its diverse flora and fauna. Dive to the underground caves, sunken shipwrecks and numerous hydroarchaeological attractions, plentiful underwater of Istrian peninsula. Special adventure will provide a night dive. Owing to a pleasant temperature of the sea, diving in Istria is open all year round

Experience a unique adventure and explore the green meadows, hills and pine forests while enjoying the view of the sea and islands. Whether you are an experienced rider or a beginner, riding around beautiful natural landscapes is a unique opportunity to explore your holiday a different way.

Sport climbing

Those of you looking for adventure during your holiday in Istria, try climbing. There are nine places to climb in Istria: Golden cape near Rovinj, Lim fjor, Dvigrad, Istrian thermal resort, Raspadalica above Buzet, Vranjska draga at Učka tunnel, then climb in Pazin, Mošćenička Draga, Vintijan near Pula and Rabac. Climb to these nine by so-called short-rocks of 20-30 meters height, with 270 equipped ascents.
